ZOMG! Batman!  Superman!  Darkseid!  Supergirl!  Wonder Woman!  Apocalypse!  This is based on Jeph Loeb and Mike Turner’s Superman/Batman story, “The girl from krypton”  Awesome trailer. Can’t wait to go see it! :D 

What happens in a world, where Superman is just 1 out of 100,000 Kryptonians? Let me say it out loud, Superman: World of Krypton is the best thing to happen to the Superman titles.

This is space opera.

This is the movie, I’d love to see on the big screen. It is Epic. It is grand. It covers just about every aspect of the Superman universe. The team of Robinson, Rucka and Woods knocks the ball right out of the park consistently for the past 7 issues and the supporting titles doing the same. Phenomenal work, DC!

Oh, that snap above from World of Krypton 7? One of my comic book buddies would love that.

Spoiler Alert:

Thanagar (Hawkman-fame) just declared war on New Krypton.

Adventure Comics 2 written by Geoff Johns is what Teen Titans ought to be. This issue had heart. Did I mention the art (see sample above) by Francis Manapul is as stunning as Tim Sale’s? This issue, actually reminded me of that Jeph Loeb scribed and Tim Sale illustrated book, Superman For All Seasons. This arc, feels like a continuation of that, a sequel of sorts.

And, oh, best use of Krypto the Superdog.

The Legion of Superheroes backup is also a strong story.
